Digital Production

Digital Production is something that we derived from visual effects. It is now offered as a part of your Production Tool box. Imagine you have to shoot on a certain freeway. And, your creatives want a 65,000 people stadium right by that freeway. You are filming a base jumper leap from a 5,000 foot mountain. And you have to build a house for him to walk out of. In our experience we have made 3 story buildings into 5 story buildings. 0.6 mile racetrack into a 2 mile oval. Put lakes into deserts and added 20 cars to shoots that only had 5 models available. This is where Digital Production is used best. Ability to augment your filmed scenes with elements that were not possible to get in-camera. Without the use of Digital Production, same shot would take the budget over the edge. Sometimes it would make it completely impossible to get in camera. Take a look at some examples below. Digital Production was used to get the agency’s and director’s creative done within the budget of the production.
